Triple Mint is a hospitality specialty contractor focused on the renovation and construction of hotels. We leverage our years of experience to complete successful projects Nationwide.
Triple Mint directly employs over 75% of labor on each project. Many employees have been with Triple Mint since we founded the company. We do not simply sub-contract out the work like most renovation companies.

Noah Alpern, CEO/Co-Founder
Mr. Alpern has spent his professional career dedicated to the hospitality industry. Prior to co-founding Triple Mint, he spent over a decade working for two of the largest hospitality companies in the world. It was during his years of corporate experience where he began as an analyst, and worked his way up to become the Corporate Director of Development and Acquisitions.
He successfully managed all aspects of the renovation process, and completed hundreds of millions of dollars in hotel renovations. His experience also includes extensive consulting work and strategic expansion plans with companies in the US, India, Mexico and Argentina.

Mr. Alpern earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver where he was a Provost Scholar. He went on to complete his MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of San Diego. In his downtime, Mr. Alpern enjoys world travel, skiing and the challenge of running ultra races.
Chris Ferran,

Chris Ferran, COO/Co-Founder
Chris Ferran brings over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. His extensive work in the field includes renovations for full-service, high-occupancy hotels and ground-up residential and multi-family construction projects.
Prior to co-founding Triple Mint, Mr. Ferran started working for his father Francois at the age of 18, and continued working with him on numerous projects for the next 17 years. By performing all the required job duties, he gained experience in framing, drywall, finish carpentry and painting. He earned the respect of colleagues and managers for his diligence when working with architects and designers to recreate highly-detailed prints into hotel rooms, homes, and apartments.
When Mr. Ferran does have spare time, he enjoys many activities such as snow skiing, hiking, and fishing. He has a calling for service work and mentor's men in recovery. He also has a passion for playing piano and growing/consuming the hottest peppers in the world. Most importantly he enjoys spending time with his wife, and two daughters.
